Earlier this API Documentation was on a google group which also got hacked and all links started pointing to Porn. Check details here: http://www.infectmac.com/2008/08/twitter-api-documentation-appears-to-be.html

Twitter has not confirmed yet of the attack.

Don't know if the correct term is hacked as it's a public wiki. But it's definately being messed about with. Some people really do have too much time on their hands :)
