Page not shown in navigation

Hi, I'm using http://cutline.tubetorial.com/ as my theme but when I create a page, the page doesn't show up in the navigation bar. May I know what's wrong? How can I fix this?

Seems the author are not using any list pages function. Use this guide listed at Cutlines blog to list additional pages in header http://cutline.tubetorial.com/how-to-add-navigation-links/

Not sure if you just followed the post and hardcoded your links. Really don't see the point of that. Use the simple template tag wp_list_pages()
