Hi All,
I am working on a publicity stunt - I am going to publish a new wordpress plugin every day for a week. I already have published 3 plugins.
The problem is, as of yet, it has not got any publicity. We coding guys are really bad at marketing ;-)
What would be your suggestions to do it better?
"Plugin Week - I am going to release one wordpress plugin each day, every day for one week(ie. Monday to Friday - I’m too lazy to work on Saturdays and Sundays). Each day you will get a new plugin by me."
Plugins released so far...
http://www.bin-co.com/blog/2008/11/eventr-wordpress-plugin/
http://www.bin-co.com/blog/2008/11/autofields-wordpress-plugin/
http://www.bin-co.com/blog/2008/11/pollin-wordpress-plugin/
Currently, what I am doing is contacting the guys in my network asking them for a post on the event. I would like to ask you guys for the same.
A sample post:

Of course, you should only create this post if you think my plugins will be useful for your readers. No pressure.
Another thing - if you create such a post, I'll link to that page in the final post of plugin week - where I round up all my plugins. I'll add a 'Thanks for your support' section with a list of all the post that linked to my series. Nice incentive, is it not?
Any other thing I should do the next time I pull something like this?
Thanks
