how2makecash - I think you need to post more of the article on the home page. At the moment you only have two lines and there is not even a read more link so it comes across that thats all there is. I would also go with a bolder color scheme so that the main content is easier to read :)

Manipworld looks good. I love the vibrant colors (And their usage in the tag cloud! Great work. :D )

But I think you need a slogan. I didn't know what the site was actually about until I'd read a few of the samples. :(
