Hey Slee,
What exactly do you mean? Do you mean what banner plugin we use on our blogs?
Kevin :)
on the right of most if not all marketing blogs including the homepage of this site there are the 125 x 125 box adverts.

I use the GotBanners plugin. I just checked and the website which released doesn't seem to host it anymore. I've attached it to this post so that you can try it out if you want.
There are a few alternatives.
MaxBlogPress has one at http://www.maxblogpress.com/plugins/mba/
Unique Blog Designs also has a good one called UBD Block Ad Plugin. You can download this at http://www.uniqueblogdesigns.com/blog/2008/ubd-block-ad-plugin-wordpress-26-update/
:)
thanks Kevin, so you simply add your own i think ill look into doing this for my site when i get around to updating it.

I also recommend the WP125 plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp125/
It's a fairly full-featured plugin designed with 125x125-sized ads in mind.
There's an interesting discussion on advertising on blogs here, along with links to a number of ad networks who you might be interested in (which is the bit that relates to this thread):

I also use WP125. It's pretty good. At least it has basic functionality to track performance of the banners. and you can also set the duration of the banner and automatically emails you if the banner is nearing to expire or expires already.

Yes slee is talking about the adverts ie. the 125*125 adverts that are popular at the top of sidebars. However he's asking whether people use a plugin to manage their adverts or whether they manually add them in, and most have responded with the plugin they use.
