I need some data from your all in purpose to do little research.

1. which platform is the best : wordpress or blogger
2. which is the best to get traffic : SEO / Paid Promotion / Other Techniques
3. Use PLR content : no / yes
4. do you interesting to join contest : yes / no / depend on it's contest, if the prize is interesting, i will participate
5. updating blog / week : it's not fixed /1 /2 /3 /4 /5 /6 /7

Whatever you do, just make it consistent. Although I've never seen a problem with updating the blog when you can since they can subscribe to your RSS feed, they will get your posts whenever you feel like publishing them.

wow, as far, mostly voters choose to refuse using PLR :D
