What is a good CPM rate?

Anyone care to disclose what they are getting from banner ads? Or what they think a banner is worth in CPM? I tried to find info through google, but I didn't find too much.

Cost per thousand impression is usually $7. This is the case for voxant. For banners, I am not quite sure but I read somewhere before that the minimum is around $4. I forgot where I read it.
