7. Say yes to freshly squeezed juice.
8. Deep breathing.

An important component of healthy living is not just going to the doctor after you are very sick, but being able to prevent the sickness or catch it early on. This means regular medical visits and taking responsibility for your diet, exercise, preventative measures and knowing the risk factors specific to your personal and genetic history as well as your demographic.

Doing this kind of exercise are good for not wasting your time. Nice sharing Kavit, but with some protein with in your healthy habits your fitness and health are maintain as good as fresh inside your body.
