around 800 - 1000 per day some days 2k to 3k

What does that mean? Hits, page views or uniques? Pls be clear.

it means visitors

Hits isn't a good measure of traffic to your site. A hit to a server is the count of a file request from the server.

So if you have a visitor to your front page, which loads 5 images, plus the front page, which is made up of 3 PHP includes, then that's 8 hits. However one visitor could also make 1 hit to a plain, non imaged, html page, or they could make 20+ hits to a page with lots of images and includes.

If you want to attract guest posters to your blog then you need to give better statistics such as the number of visitors for the previous month, the average visitor count per day, uniques for the previous month etc.

800-1000 hits per day can mean 20+ visitors in reality.

If you mean 800-1000 visitors per day then say that. As getting the terminology wrong could cost you in the future.

You could always hire a proof reader to read your articles and correct any grammatical errors, or offer to give them credit on the article too eg

Author: X
Editor: Y

Or rely on something like Microsoft Word to spot the grammar errors, but to be honest, Word doesn't always get it right.

Alternatively you could write in your own language and market what you write to people in your own region. I don't know what part of Asia you're from, but there are some very large and well populated countries there so you could potentially have a very large target audience. There may also be bloggers in your own region that would like to have guest posters help them out.

@Sarah, yeah, it's true that Microsoft Word can't give you all your errors. It can be grammatically correct but it cannot give you an idea about structure and syntax. Most of the times, that's our problem, we non-native English speakers, we can make it with the grammar but we fall short on syntax and structure. Do you know someone or tools that proof reads as with minimal cost?

People should concentrate on what they are good at and make it better rahter than wasting time mastering an a language which is foriegn to them, There is a market for any work if you market well, writing in native language is the best thing for any blogger. I love blogging in my mother tongue, I feel I can express my emotions in words much better!!:D

I only know of one person and he's not cheap! However, I think hurricane and silent_thunder have hit the nail on the head. Stick to your own language. I'm sorry, I don't know what that is, but get some articles written in your own language and see if anyone is prepared to offer you guest posting with those.

Alternatively, write up a post, publish it on your site but password protect it and just ask on a forum or two eg. here, to see if anyone will proof read it for you. Offer them a back link or something in return. I'm sure someone will read over it for you, especially if it's not too long.
