WIll You Still Blog If It Does Not Make You Money?

Are you still going to continue to blog if you know that it does not make you any money? :D

I am still blogging. I make money only from 1 of my blog. Other blogs are still running becuase I love blogging. Money making is the bonus of blogging not the reason for blogging.

I would still blog on my personal blog and on a subject that I am passionate about but for most types of blogs I wouldn't unless I saw some sort of return.

I never set up my original blog to make money. I set it up to provide personal updates to friends and family, and to create a resource of information for others. Although a couple of my blogs do make money, that's not their primary aim, so no, not earning money isn't going to stop me from blogging.

yes, please use the multi quote system when replying to threads.

Members who are multi posting to increase credits will have their posts deleted and will likely be banned from the forum too.

Blogging at a blog where you expect money to come in always, would get you quit it if you are not earning from it. But if it is a personal blog and you are a passionate blogger who don't care about the earnings, then you would never quit.

That's my case. My personal blog is not for earning anything, but is just for miscellaneous ramblings and i love writing there.

Blogging but not for money? I will still blogging. Why? Actually, in the beginning blog is for write a journal of life or platform which make you easy in managing content, day by day many people use blog for business.
Hmmm, blogging for create a diary is not too bad, make many friend, and happy if there is a commentator.

I have spent mor money on my blogs that I earn. I still blog. I use it as an outlet rather than a money making scheme. Sure I would love to be making a good side income if not steady income from it, but that likely wont happen.

I think the best reason to blog is because you enjoy it and you have something to say rather than to make money, otherwise we are just fill the web with more junk that isnt needed

This is a great question ... I'd like to think that I'd continue even if I didn't make any money (on my sf blog) as long as I were making enough money elsewhere than I guess I still would. But, if not, I'd have to cut back on the amount of time spent but will still blog there. *SmiLes* Suzanne

Maybe your blog is not produce money but it can be used for leading other people to your commercial-place.
