How many Blogs do you own?

Just wanted to check how many blogs do bloggers here own? And how do you find time to manage across all such blogs.

At my last pathetic count, I own 4 blogs and 2 of them have been completely neglected. I even have 5th one ready but don't want to come with it so soon otherwise current 2 would also lose focus. Need to restructure a lot. :D

I have 1 that I concentrate most of my time on. It covers a few technical subjects plus a weekly personal post for friends who want to keep up to date on my goings on.

My other ones are more restrictive as they cover one or two subjects so I tend to just post on those when I have something to say. I look at these more as a place to just add occasional content to and they're more of a reference to visitors with just a handful of subscribers.

At the moment I only have bloggingtips and my personal blog. I changed one blog I owned to a forum and I sold another one. It is very time consuming running 2 blogs nevermind 4 or 5!

I have a few, but I have 1 that I update all the time (MY personal blog.) I have been neglecting my new blog http://mspink.net, yet it appears to be getting some traffic just from the search engines. lol

Have to maintain them.. but slow in speed doing that.

I have only 1 blog which write about web and product review. I'm not active to update it because i'm too busy. Well, the platform is blogspot and i make it for joining paid to review program.

I own 2 blogs that I actually use as blogs, and 2 more that you could probably call blogs but are for search on, click off traffic only. I don't publish those links preferring them to be searched up only

The other 2 blogs serve specific purposes
1 - blokeman: To get the weird crap out of my head
2 - phpcoder: for a geek outlet to stop me boring my partner

I have 4 blogs.. 1 of those are hosted in wordpress and my own domain and 3 are from blogspot..

my blogs are all about: blogging, movies, celebrites and aviation..

I can't update those blogs as of the moment because I have lots of things to do..

I have one that I focus on and I have others that are "attached" to other sites and affiliate stores. I have one other that I'm going to start focusing on more here soon ... the thought alone is exhausting. I have a paid subscription newsletter (daily) and we usually ask subscribers a weekly question and then we post the responses in the newsletter ... in this day and age we should just be doing this on the blog and let people respond right then and there in the comments. But I will also feel somewhat obligated to provide other content there too ... *SmiLes* Suzanne

Looks like the same is happening to me. I have maybe 50 ideas on newer blogs but I know I wouldn't be able to handle them. So trying to focus on my current blogs only! :rolleyes:

Well i wanna make blog about my diary, so if i'm die :D that other people can make it as a book about myself. It's cool right?
I'm also wanna make many blog with niche keyword to play PPS for example is adding amazon banner. Well, i'm already said that it's all become hard because i have no many times. I'm college student and run some of business.

I have more then 10 blogs and a lot of them are sadly neglected. The neglected ones are from my early days or from loss of passion. I am concentrating on two blogs right now and developing a third.

I plan to revamp and renergize the other blogs in the future, when school is out.

they are just auto blogs its damn easy! buy 100 cheap domains and install that auto feeds thats it! with a bit of seo it will go on.....but don't ask me how coz i donno how to setup :p

Are the blogspot blogs profitable?

If you can consistently generate good content and get good readers, it can be more profitable than a privately hosted blog.

In case of blogspot blogs, you don't have to worry about:



Hosting
Domain - if you prefer blogspot.com subdomain
Bandwidth issues
Security or DOS Attacks if your blog is very popular
And since you don't waste time on above 4 things, you focus more on your blog

Only problem is one:


Tweaking a lot to get almost all type of wordpress features since most features need excessive scripting and are still lacking in Blogspot

And Indyan don't forget labnol.blogspot.com!

oh yeah! labnol is also on blogspot. I am almost forgotten about that. Its one of the biggest Indian blogs around.
