Content can mean a lot of things. Just like Padsall said, it's anything on your site/blog.
Your content is the reason why you're running a website, so that visitors can see it and gain knowledge on the topic you're posting on.

It could also be a product or service you're selling, banner or text adverts, comments by visitors, pictures etc.
