I'm new at this blogging thing; just like to photograph local wildlife and do the "weekend warrior" fishing trips.
I could use some help for my type of blog; suggestions, obtaining traffic, etc. for type.
I hope I eventually will get the gist.
No criticism will be ignored... Oops, almost forgot the site.

Thanks,

Hi,

I've taken a look on your page and I found it using a common blogger theme can be found. Since you'll be adding lots of photos, maybe there' a photoblog blogspot theme you can use.

For monetization optins, maybe you can put the adsense ads blend within the article instead of putting them below the comments.

For traffic, my experience with Stumble Upon has been great. SU has a category for fishing fans and you can get a decent amount of traffic from SU. If you're interested, there's a free 10 lessons on using SU to get traffic by Caroline Middlebrook.
You can get them here: Traffic Rush (http://d95.com/trafficrush)

All the best!

I appreciate the review and am looking into another photo format. I'm also interested in your suggestion and experience with Stumble Upon for fishing fans.

I am looking into Traffic Rush to assist.

My main problem is time..being out of town too much kills my blog posts.

Thanks much

It seems fine but I would just reduce the height of the header. It's really big and it takes a lot of precious space!

Good luck with your blog! ;)

Checked out your blog site; beautiful layout. I'm considering a change to a type of format such as yours due to the amount of pics I plan on increasing.
Thanks for the suggestion

I would also suggest to change the template. Taking premium space. Embed ads either below post title or at the end of post body.
