You have to register on that site then get into teams. The goal is to earn $10 in 30 days. ($10 each not per team).

$10 is a very easy target in my opinion. Most blogs would be able to sell a text link or two to get that money.

Its a fun challenge though :)

I think the idea is to set up a new project you don't curently have. I mean if it was just "earn $10 online" you could just stick something on ebay and job done.
