Promoting Your Theme

I should have my new Blog Design going live later today or tomorrow.

I was wondering what could be done to promote my new theme. I have heard about people posting their site to CSS design toplists? To help gain traffic to their blog?

How else can I use my new blog design to boost traffic to my blog?
