Can someone tell me why my sidebar widgets don't have white backgrounds like the demo?

Thanks!

My first guess would be that you have changed the color of the background for lists for that class within the sidebar.
Can you attach your css stylesheet so that I can see whats wrong (use the attachment button and just attach it as a notepad file)
Shouldn't be too hard to fix, we'll get it sorted :)

Hi Kevin
It appeared this way from initial install. (I have made some slight edits since then) Attached css as requested.
Thanks for your time and help.

Can you check to see that the file 'widget_pat.gif' is in the images folder in your evolution theme.
Also, I've made some slight edits to the theme since releasing it so it may be worth downloading the latest version (for example the latest comments bubble wasn't displaying properly originally but has not been fixed)
:)

Hey Kevin
I have that here:

I only downloaded the theme yesterday so I should have the latest?

check the 'chmod' for the folder sometimes servers get picky!
I have this problem also!
The missing image is here: http://davidshawblog.com/wp-content/themes/bt-evolution/evolution/images/widget_pat.gif
But your CSS is linking to it here: background: url(images/widget_pat.gif) repeat-y;
Which actually resolves to: http://davidshawblog.com/wp-content/themes/bt-evolution/evolution/css/images/widget_pat.gif which doesn't exist.
So you need to fix the url in your stylesheet.
It works for me in dodonnel's blog.

I've run into that problem before when I started using this theme. sarahG was the one who answered these for me and it's ok so far. Probably it is the jquery problem again. Check this thread and maybe you will find answers

No it's not. It's a simple file path error in the CSS file.
