I would maybe move the ads for google adsense, text link ads and payper post down a little and move the category and latest posts up.

I like your blog. But I will have a RSS button in front of SUBSCRIBE option and also I won't place AdSense above the RSS option which are in same color. I would probably remove InText Advertising. But if you wish you can have it.

Kevin: I have moved the sidebar round how you suggested. Have I put everything where you said?

Ramkarthik: I have changed the "Subscribe To Full RSS Feed" text to Red to make it stand out more. Is this what you meant? I don't understand exactly what you said.

Tom, Now it looks fine. What I meant is that "I will have the RSS button near the Subscribe option. So that they can see it clearly."

Kevin: I agree it does look a lot better. The theme is free, I would really love a custom theme though :)

couldn't you avoid to cut the main picture with that beautiful tree on the right corner, even only a shadow, gives the impression of a patchwork.

i think what he is saying is that he doesn't like the right column shading difference extending up into the header.

Design wise I would simplify your headings - remove the grey bevelled lozenge below or use a simple coloured bar with reversed out text. I would perhaps try alighning images left rather than centering them too.

I have to tell ya' I'm not into blogs like this. I find too many distractions to enjoy it. The lime green scroll really clashes with the rest of the color scheme-you might consider getting it into the same shade scheme as the other colors.

For inspiration quotes, I think the design is a little too dark. The image has been manipulated to have some really heavy color, and there is a lot of grey in the rest of the site. It just doesn't feel "inspirational." :(
