They have recently installed a plugin that adds a link to the posters newest blog article in every posts he makes.
I suggest you do the same.

I actually downloaded it from vbulletin.org a few days ago but I havent installed it yet as I wanted to check how heavy it was on server load etc. I'll install it shortly. I think it will be a nice addition to the forum :)
