i register a domain cssherald.com (http://cssherald.com),
i don't think they will charge again if you already transfered the domain.
you can contact yahoo,
they will reply you within one day.very nice.
i have a evil plan,
to register different yahoo account and buy more domain for $1.99 domain only.

Yeah I was pretty excited about this, as my domain is about to expire and the price has suddenly shot up. But, this probably requires signing up a business hosting plan through Yahoo!, right? Or redirecting or something.. and it'll end up just costing as much as anywhere else.
