Does anyone know of a WordPress Plug-in that will allow me to put and ad in only the latest post? and/or a banner after the first post?

If not a plug-in do you know of an How to articles on this?

You could try MightAdsense which does what you need it to do.

You should actually be able to do this manually without the need of a plugin.

However, I am facing a problem. I am using OpenAds to serve my ads and so far, following your guide to place the ads in post 1, 2 and 3, it works great but I would like to place 3 different codes in those those 3 pages. How can I go about it?

I followed the tips in the other site which you recommended here (http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/adsense/) but that caused my codes to break.

Any advice?

Its a bit late and you have probably sorted this out already but there is a plugin called WPAds (http://thesandbox.wordpress.com/wpads/)which might do what you want
