How many forums post a day

Will any one tell me that how many forums post we can do daily in a forum?

Hey Amrish,

I would like to suggest you do not post more than five threads per day on a single forums to avoid spamming. You can post on various forum, keep in mind do not spam your website or blog URL through posting or replying on forum.

ya 5-6 posts are enough..because if you post a lot of posts in a day then it will be considered as spamming and you'll be banned..
