I still think that there are too many ads there just now. Perhaps reduce the number ads to emphasise the content more.

I also think a new logo might spice things up :)

These 2 changes are actually being rolled out in this weekends update. Provided I get the Theme tweaked the way I want it.

I see the Blogging Tips site is going through a bit of a change as well. Looking Good.
