I opened one of my group blogs and I was panicking because it says,

The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function...

My host doesn't know what happened too. What does it mean? My host was thinking to re-install the WordPress instead. What do you think?

I was Googling and found this:

wordpress uses php's built in mail function, which your host has disabled. you can see that if you go pretend you have lost your password (i just tested it on your own site).. it pops up:

"The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function..."

Does it make a connection with my problem? Waaa. Maybe one of my authors tried to retrieve their password. gahhh. I'm lost now.

http://htp.miss-taken.org (for a while i put a hiatus page 'index.html')

I already created a mail test file http://htp.miss-taken.org/mail.php but it worked and received an email so what's the problem here? :(

HELP!

Gah... I had this problem and was gonna ask here, but you saved my hide, thanks a lot. My host is a complete numbskull, gonna put that dedicated server I've got to use for my blog.
