Problems promoting my blog

1. I registered and submitted some of my blogs in sphinn.com but after I signed out I cannot sing-in again. Have you encountered the same problem?

2. There are blogs that have a "NO FOLLOW" attribute and for that reason google spiders will not crawl your blog.

2. your blog will have been crawled, you don't need to remind google about your site every day, once it knows about your site it will continue to come back. Infact, we don't have any no follow tags attached to links in the forums so just by having your signature in these forums google will crawl your new blog :)
