Plugin for cloaking affiliate links needed

I am looking for a FREE wordpress plugin that allows me to cloak affiliate links, and at the same time, allows me to change them all from one place only just in case the url for the affiliate link is mofified.

I came across a wordpress plugin last week which does exactly what you are looking for but for the life of me I cant find it again
