I have seen this before on the blog of John Chow. I could say that it might for those famous bloggers because they have lots of traffic but for a newbie, I don’t think that this would be a nice investment since you are going to pay for it.

I've seen more and more sites using them. Most banner design sites offer peel away ad services. I'm still not sure whether to use them though.
