Design: The header leaves something to be desired. It's a bit boring overall, very cluttered, text is too small and too light, no consistent feel or look to it, ad's and buttons very random, iconography inconsistent.

For the header, I couldn't better design for this layout. I wanted something simple, that's what I have done. Yes I have to considered to change it, for something more attractive. But my blog is only 1 month old, I will think about it..

I have also changed the font text and color. It look better now :D

I like the Theme and layout (3 column always good). The only clutter I see is maybe toward the bottom of the right side menu.

As for the header, its not bad but I think what might be missing is just an outline with another color. In Photoshop it is called stroke.

Overall though its not bad at all.

I like the header -- the style seems consistent with "Rock..."

What I don't like is the ads in the posts. They distract me, and confused me at first -- I expected them to be illustrations for the content, but no.
