Hi there,

After like 12 years, ive finally decided to create my first blog. I stumbled accross your most fantastic Hurricane theme for world press the other day and have been madly playing around with word press and the theme but one thing really baffles me, so I was hopping someone here could guide/tell me what I am doing wrong.

The buttons which say Home and About as default, I wanted to add a register and login link(s) up there as you can see here (http://www.scinetics.co.uk), this was easy enough to work out but but I cannot work out how to make the button(s) to redirect to the login page and register page respectly using http://www.scinetics.co.uk/wp-admin etc.

Could someone please put me out of my missery and tell me how to do this in wordpress as ive spent several hours playing around and getting no where fast. Ive managed to work out how to add in plugins and rss feeds etc which are all working great btw, but this what should be simple thing is baffling me.

Thanks in advance,

Majestic

Hi Majestic,

I personally use the page links to plugin to achieve this. It allows you to redirect any page to any url.

Let me know if this is what you are looking for :)

Thank you!!

This is just what ive been looking for and it looks like it will do the job nicely.

One last quick question, you dont by any chance know of a plugin which can make the login & register page look like the main theme? or do you need to manualy hack the wp-admin.php file with your theme style?

Again thanks for the TIP! just got to sort me login system out one of the plugins I was messing around with yestrday has upset the login system. Back to work I guess.. :) thanks again for your help.
