$15 monthly for home page link - web hosting

I am offering $15/m for a link on home page (if will be site-wide will be perfect and a long term agreement!) on web hosting related websites.

I am interested in TRAFFIC especially but let's just say that a good PR will be good too.

Please don't bother if your website is not about web hosting, you don't have traffic and the PR is very low. And don't forget that I want a link on HOME page.

The ideal website for placing my link will have:
- at least 500 UV daily
- at least PR 3
- about web hosting
