I know that if you log into your Adsense acount on a shared computer then gets clicks from that computer, you might be suspected of click fraud, but I was just thinking, since your Google username gives access to most of your Google acounts, could that happen just by logging into Gmail?

Your gmail account and your adsense account are absolutely tied to the same account. And although I don't work for Google I would say good luck in explaining that it wasn't you that clicked on your ad, you were just checking your email.
To answer your question though, they certainly could log that you logged into that computer (to check gmail) and that one of your ads was also clicked. Who really knows if they would though. I wouldn't risk it if at all possible.

As long as you log out of Google, it shouldnt be a problem; but I dont think someone in a library will take up a computer you just vacated, visit your website, and click on your adsense links from the same place - highly unlikely.
If you're thinking about click-fraud, dont do it. You will get banned. Google strategy is: It's alright if a couple of innocent webmasters get banned, but no click-frauder should be spared. I hope you get the point...
Google's Engineers are cleverer than you, accept it.

That's something I am also concerned about. Since, I surf via my college's wifi, everyone else in the college has the same ip address. But, I am sure google uses other techniques in conjunction with ip address monitoring to detect click fraud.
