The weather is hot as always and it's been crazy, we're supposed to expect rains in June but until now it's dry.

I was travelling in Asia at the time. Spent 4 weeks in total there about 4 years ago. I went down to Bicol (Naga City) over christmas and I went to a beach resort close to Manilla too. The rest of the time I was in Manilla.

Why did I go? Well I was in Thailand at the time and I was going for a programmers job for an internet company based in bangkok. The owner turned out to be a bit of an idiot and he said he no longer needed someone there. However, the two fillipino girls who worked with them suggested I go with to the Phillipines - Basically, I found out the job wasn't going to happen just before christmas and they were both going back home, they suggested going and i thought why not!!!
