[help me] i fed up with spam

hi there i am newbie here and in blogging world... and i just wanna ask..
what do you think about trackback spam?
and how to make my blog free from that thing..?
i just get confused, trackback is great facility from wordpress blog, and is it wise if i turn it off? and how to filtering good trackback and spam trackback?

trackback spam is a pain in the bum but do you have something like akismet http://akismet.com/) installed? It is a default plugin that comes with WordPress.
if not i would very much recommend you install it and i am pretty sure you won't have many problems after that.

You only need one plugin. Wp-Spamfree (http://www.hybrid6.com/webgeek/plugins/wp-spamfree) (my review (http://www.pallab.net/2008/07/01/wp-spamfree-banish-comment-spam/)). It should get rid of 100% spam from spambots.
My spam went from 100 per day to 0 per day.

yes, i have installed akismet and wp-spam free but can you guys tell me how to filter good trackback and spam trackback?

Spam-free should tackle trackbacks.
Spam trackbacks generally don't actually contain links to your blogpost on their pages. Hence are easy to detect and remove.
I used to use Simple Trackback Validation plugin before switching to spamfree. Don't know if that still works.
