How can I put Intense Debate on my Evolution themed blog. I tried to install it myself but obviously don't know enough coding to get me through anything...

So if anyone can help me that would be just incredible... Or let me know of a better comment system...

What does this plugin do and why is the WP comment system not good enough? Sorry, without understanding what you're trying to achieve it's hard to comment. However, as per my other thread, you'll need to activate your plugin to give us a chance to see what's going wrong for you.

it has a plus/minus system for commenters along with linking to all of their urls that they use. It allows you to track your top commenters and houses all of that in intense debate saving/or at least I think saving some bandwidth for performance.

they have a wordpress plugin but it seems to mess up my single post coding. It only effects the single post page and another thing that is altered is the way that the comments box looks on the home page it adds some parentheses to my comments.

I will activate the plugin again to see if I can get it fixed.

I'm an Intense Debate comment user too. I thought there is a tutorial guide for installing it in WP? Or you can simple as them thru their contact page. I tried to ask them about something once and they were very fast and efficient in replying. Just try. ;)

Breitbart.tv recently instituted a requirement to "register" with "intensedebate.com" in order to comment on their website. This was a big disappointment for a lot of people, especially those who value their freedom of expression as well as their PRIVACY. Who in their right mind wants every word they write online to be archived and databased and linked to their log-on identity on various websites? Only the most NARCISSISTIC and JUVENILE people are keen to have their every word IMMORTALIZED and SEARCHABLE like that! Further, the whole point of Breitbart.tv is to RESPOND TO STORIES PRESENTED, and people used to do just that (for the most part; there will always be a few "trolls" who happen by to make waves); but now, with the introduction of "intensedebate," people's EGO is at the forefront of everything they do: They are concerned with gaining POINTS and AVATARS/GRAPHICS & SCREEN-NAMES and "DINGING" those with whom they disagree in an effort to get people banned from the system. The whole thing is a big disappointment and CONTRARY TO THE EXPECTATIONS OF BLOGGERS & CLAIMS OF intensedebate.com, the QUALITY of the postings & interaction between posters has deteriorated, not improved. Wish Breitbart.tv would abandon the whole idea of "intensedebate" and return to its former process of posting, even if it sometimes was slow because of their penchant for (over)-moderating.

Further, it seems a little "suspect" that intensedebate.com's "staff" is scattered all over the globe: Tel Aviv, China, Bulgaria, Mexico, Canada, Chicago, D.C. What's up with that?? Have we arrived already at the NEW WORLD ORDER OF GLOBALISM?!

P.S. It is the IDEAS, Not the NAMES, That Matter in the Comment Sections of Web Sites
