Need Some Comments Help

I'm using the BT-Evolution theme and am having a problem with the comments. When someone clicks on the "Leave Feedback" link to post comments, they are directed to the log-in page for the Wordpress Admin panel. Is there any way I can change this to make it like most other blogs? Here is an example of the type of commenting system I'm talking about: LINK (http://www.copyblogger.com/a-list-attack/#more-3029).

I have to warn you, I'm pretty new to all of this so I'm sorry if the solution is easy. Also, love the BT-Evolution theme.

Hi Holden, as you can see at this link on your site - http://www.confrontingintelligence.com/2009/04/26/how-to-track-swine-flu-online/#respond you have set up WordPress to force people to login before they can comment. If you want to allow the general public to comment then you need to go into Settings -> Discussion, and uncheck the box that says 'user must be logged in to comment'.

Save that and then you should be able to see the comment form without being logged in (you will need to use a second browser or log out of WordPress to see this yourself).

sarahG - I had a feeling I was going to end up looking pretty dumb with my question.:D I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my question though. I still love the theme and am happy you guys provide such good support (even for dummies like me :p).
