I think there is a problem with it. You should fix it. You're losing valuable insight and backlinks.

I really do like the layout. However, the sidebar is much too cluttered. You could get rid of some of the advertising. I notice Google Adsense, Bidvertiser, link sales, etc. There's also a babysitting ad at the bottom. You also don't need your archives in the sidebar, so you could get rid of that. Also, I'd take off the Blog Catalog widget and keep the MyBlogLog one (or you could get rid of both). It makes it hard to find what you're looking for with all that clutter.

However, like I said, the design is a good and overall it's a nice blog. :)
