How to get reviews?

I am looking for some tips on my website, mainly content and setup (lol you know just about everything that makes up the site really) My blog has only been up for about 3 weeks now and I have been getting some traffic, not sure how much is good.
I did notice you have a practice of adding blogs for review by members, How would I go about doing this?

We stopped the reader blog critique on bloggingtips but if you have anything you want reviewed please post it here and we can all have a look at it.
