I am a big fan of the designs from SoloStream. When I was redesigning BloggingTips I contacted Michael Pollack from Solostream for a quote for a new design. In the end I decided to change the design myself however I am planning on using one of his free themes soon for one of my blogs.

I found out about the Adsense sharing plugin for wordpress about a month ago but I haven’t got round to posting about it until today. Basically, the plugin allows you to give a % of google adsense earnings of author’s articles to the author. You can set this right up to 100% if you want.

The eagle eyed amongst you will notice that in the comment area on Blogging Tips i have added a small line of text which displays the total number of comments that the commentator has left. I actually believe that this is a very useful plugin. It shows you and other readers how often someone comments on your site. This is an easy way to remind you which bloggers are commentating frequently on your blog.

I read a week or so ago that Wordpress has released version 2.2.1 but i didn’t think it was worthwhile upgrading so soon after updating to 2.2.0. However, after reading Chris Stark’s post on the subject i decided that it was worth upgrading to the latest version.

One of my favourite wordpress themes has just been updated. Bosco 1.0 was a great theme which i still use on one of my other blogs. The coding was good too and it helped me learn how the wordpress templating works so i was pleased to see that Bosco 2.0 has just been released.
The theme does not differ too much from the original theme but it is suitable for the latest version for wordpress and is widget ready too.
