From the very start of this blog i have been trying to secure the .com version for this blog. Yesterday, i finally got my name and secured my identity.

As you can see, i have updated the site to a new funky red style. I was previously using a free wordpress theme i found until i designed my own. I had modified a theme released by SapiensBryan called AdsMinded (Thanks Bryan!). It was a good theme but i wanted to move the site along and give it its own identity.
I mentioned in a previous post that i was working on a new theme a few weeks ago. Well that one got scrapped and i went back to the drawing board…
I was pleased at the number of downloads the themes i released got and i hope that everyone who downloaded the themes enjoyed them.
Whilst most people have kept the copyright links on there have been some who have removed the links.
……OK, I just found one but it was a bit dissapointing.
I hope to release more themes in the future and i hope that those who do appreciate the themes being released and keep the copyright links. I will try and not let the scammers put me off from releasing more…
The site is two weeks old today! In website terms we aren’t even out of our nappies yet! However, I thought it would be good to have a self review of the site so far. What do I need to do, what shouldnt I do etc. I think its very important to ask yourself these questions with your blog when you are first starting, particularly if your a first time blogger.

Whilst BloggingTips.org is still a relatively new site, im pleased with the progress it has made. The BT Dark Green theme has been downloaded more than 200 times in less than 2 days….more than double other themes uploaded on the same day. Im a bit dissapointed ive not had more feedback about it but im sure that will come in time
