There’s nothing called ‘Free Lunch’. This book is just a collection of affiliate links stuffed within 80-90 pages of generally-available rehashed content. Hope, this comment will not be deleted.
There aren’t any affiliate links in the book, they are all references back to blog content. Do a better job reading next time before looking like a fool.

Example: Several links sprinkled around all the eBook for ‘Free WordPress Blog Set Up’ are going to a bridge page that diverts to a web hosting company where you will earn commission as an affiliate.
Technically, you can argue the visitor lands on blog content. I’m not surprised people have thick skin.
