Oh yeah! You read it correctly.
I am not some over-hyped hot-shot internet “guru” who wants claims to have the “ultimate” money making mantra.
I am just one of you people who “knows” how to keep myself self-employed by doing what I know best – professional content development and blogging.
And NO, this is not some “get rich” scheme that promises daily cash out only you don’t get to see any!
What I earn is purely my “hard work”.
So before you cynics doubt my words, here is the payment proof:
I know some of the readers might be earning more than this daily; I just wanted to reach out to those online newbies who want to sustain themselves with online earning.
My Earning Methods:
Any successful businessman will tell you that the best way to earn those “green notes” is:
realize your skills + locate market + capture the market (competitive authority) = Money…Ka Ching! Ain’t the sound good?
Note that “capture” is the operative word here. You may have the skills and knowledge of the market but if you can’t “capture” it, there is no use.
My skills – solid content development & market knowledge
Market – small to medium businesses looking for “persuasive” & “aggressive” writing.
How Do I Capture & Earn From It?
I capture the market through “advertisement” and “review writing”.
The $500 you see in the image is a sold leader-board ad slot for 21 days. I sold it on my 18-month old PR 4 blog in the “fashion” niche. I never disclose this website to anyone ‘nor’ will I do it here because of security issues.
Okay, so this blog (my baby!) is an authority blog in the fashion niche and I regularly get advertisement deals from it. The Alexa rank is awesome; I have personally written and published 200+ guest posts on higher authority websites; it has excellent traffic, which is organic and referral, both.
The $200 and $155 you see in the image are for a product and service review I did on the fashion blog. The price of reviews, for me, depends on the product or service I am going to review. More high authority blogs can get a minimum of $1000 per review! Yeah.
So, What’s the Business Model?
The business model depends on just one thing – creating an authority website. This was and is my only target even after 18 months after its first blog went live. And the authority website gives me money through:
Once you have an authority website like BloggingTips.com and BasicBlogTips.com, it is very easy to monetize it.
Now, the only thing you need to create an authority website is just pure and solid content development strategy.
I write and schedule posts at least 3 months in advance. You need to plan a lot. You also need to find out avenues to market the content and build networking skills.
I spend a portion of the earnings from the blog on:
(1) Hiring excellent content creators;
(3) One Virtual Assistant
What to Take Away?
I don’t want to get preachy so I will just say this –
if you want to earn from just blogging, create an authority site, nothing less will suffice.
Earning through blogging is tough but not impossible, and you have to work hard for making it a success. I hope this has helped you!
