If you’re looking for a super easy way to share photos with a private or public group, Yogile is the answer. Not only can you password protect albums as well as customize your album email & album URL, but you can also lets others add photos to your albums. Yogile is great forĀ collaboratingĀ on photo albums with family members or a group of friends.

Creating and managing your albums are not the only simple thing about Yogile. It’s also extremely easy to sign up to use the service; you only need an email address and password. You can also choose a password for your album when signing up; this is only needed if you want your initial album to be private.
There is currently a monthly usage of 100MB, but you can get an unlimited amount of storage for $24.95 per year. This will give you unlimited uploads, storage and photo albums; you’ll also get “complete ad-free sharing and browsing”. That’s an affordable price for someone who is planning to share a lot of photos.
There are three ways to upload photos: via email, mobile MMS and direct uploads via the site. As I stated above, the email that you use to send in photos can be customized per album; so each album can have a different yet customize URL and email address for sharing that you can give to your family or friends to use as well. You can easily make it something that everyone will be able to remember.

Yogile has basic features like being able to edit your album title, viewing images in different overviews (small, medium, large), sorting photos by oldest or newest and viewing photos as a slideshow. For each album you can choose to review photo submissions before having them added to your albums. You can also choose to have your album listed in the public directory. So you really have control over your albums and who can see them.

With it’s dead simple setup and ease of use, Yogile is great for the whole family. It’s also easy to share photos via email with the built in share button. Unfortunately, there are not social sharing buttons; that would definitely be a nice addition to the site. In a nut shell, Yogile is the easiest group photo sharing & collaboration, and definitely worth giving a try.

Sounds interesting, but is it much better than Flickr?
Hi Voice In The Dark
i didn't used flicker but in Yogile Once you create an album, you get a customizable URL and e-mail address to share with anyone who wants to add photos, either as e-mail attachments or uploads through the site.I think these type of feature is not available in flicker.

Nice post! It's a new learning for me. I've been using flicker but surely I'm gonna try this one. Surely it's a convenience knowing that your family and trusted friends can securely share their own photos with you. Thanks!
