I'm not going to lie. After trying it out I found it to be aggravating to work with and probably not a solution I would go with. I wouldn't call lack of description of features "easy to use" but rather sparse and undocumented. While I like the look of the theme, I don't think the actual package is really worth $89, and definitely not $149.

We are using it for now. Giving it a shot. We'll get back to everyone in a few months to let you know how it works. We are using the basic theme while only making minimal changes. So far we've experienced a few problems, however, they seem to be providing adequate support for the theme and plugin.

Creating an Answers site could be fun and profitable actually. I never thought of doing that. But the promotion and driving traffic could be a problem unless the site is very interesting.
