I think I'd do it for small, brochure-style websites. I think I'll test if for a personal site then see what the bandwidth usage is like. It's true though, that many sites won't even get close to hitting those limits. Even though it sounds unimpressive, 10GB of transfer is a lot of stuff, especially for a website. That's not bad.
