Sharon – we have been aware of the issues you raise with Headway and some hosting companies. And that is why the latest version 1.6, which our users can get their hands on is fixing this.

If you are using a later version, I would encourage you to give 1.6 a try and I think you will see a huge difference in connection to your issues.
