Don’t be a Twitter Dummy

Don't be a Twitter DummyTwitter is a fairly easy tool to use and most people will be comfortable using it within minutes. However, increasing the number of followers you have and marketing successfully through Twitter is a different story altogether.

Those of you who are new to Twitter or want to increase the number of Twitter followers may be interested in a new eBook from John Paul Aguiar entitled Twitter Dummy.

John Paul managed to increase the number of people following him from 3,000 to 25,000 in only 3 months. In this 37 page eBook he shows you the techniques he used to reach this target. He also recommends a lot of great Twitter resources and services which will help you become a Twitter star.

The eBook retails for $25. If you are an experienced Twitterer who has used most of the popular Twitter scripts on the market then I don’t think this eBook will prove to be good value to you. Though those of you who are new to the Twitter phenomenon will appreciate the step by step process the book has and the number of great tips which it shares.

For more information about the eBook please visit the link below.

    Thanks Kevin.

I've been using Twitter for a long time but feel I don't get as much use out of it as I should, although I don't write about my cat or what I had for lunch.

My New Year plans include a more focused approach to Tweeting with the aim of getting targeted traffic, networking and generally getting out there. I find this ebook ideal since I'll get to see if I missed something somewhere or have been doing it all wrong..

I am suffering from lots of spam followers. Its never possible to filter out one by one and I hate my twitter page always overloaded with lots of ads only posted by all those damn followers. What the hell could be done>?

First you can make lists for the people yoiur really want to follow, and spend your time in the timeline of that list.

Also once a week I search random spam keywords, white teeth, porn, xxx etc.. and and unfollow any that I am following.

But either way you will have spam on your main timeline. but you can cut it down with a little work.

That's what I'm worried about. I need to sort, filter and remove, the followers all manually and there is no way out to block the spam followers automatically. It would be great if twitter adopt the raise flag system to mark spammers by community themselves. This way it would be easier to identify and remove them immediately.

Spam filtering is mostly needed in the case of blogging….

Networking is now the playground of advertisements..So that there will be lot more unuseful comments…so in need of the same

Been using Tweeter for quite sometime. I hope they could put some filter or something that can help eliminate spam advertisement. It is a big challenge for them. Tweeter and other social media are prone to these kind of spam. Thanks for your post though. It is a big help.

Yea I think it is impossible for Twitter to stop all spam.. they have asked for help with the report spam libk and offering lists to helpe people clean their stream.

But to fully stop spam is a big big issue.

Right now I have more than 10,000 followers, I followed a different guide but I'm sure this will be very useful too.
