For your info, it's ThemeForest's policy to NOT give refunds. I suspect the only reason you got one was because you make a stink about it publicly.

Errors happen, and it’s good to know they made up for the mistakes although the time it took to resolve the issue was still too long.

With customer support and service, I expect a prompt and hopefully positive response and anything longer has me feeling cheated and tearing my hair out.

I hope, as you say, that this was a one-off experience and that Envato will learn from it.

Good thing they know how to make amends! Technical issues should be fixed promptly so as not to lose customers or more than that.

That is something they need to sort out quickly because poor support can kill you dead quicker than anything else I know of.

Nice to see they gave you your money back, and a little bit more.
