I am so glad to see this! I love TW, but cannot warm up to FB. I attended a Social Networking seminar earlier this month, and all that the experts mentioned were those two outlets. I will definitely research the 2000 other ways! THANKS!!

Hear Hear John! Remember the Lemmings?

I think the reason most people take the 'tried and tested no-risk' way out is because there's so much competition on the web, for traffic, conversions, an audience.. that bloggers are afraid to try something new and risk failure, which, ironically, is one sure way to stifle success.

Great tips.. Peoples heads are soooo rammed up social medias ass that they forget the other 2000 ways to market a blog.

I think 2010 is the year of SM reality to people that think they can build a successful blog with ONLY social media.

I like the app idea.. now I need a programmer..lol
