I've always had a hard time actually getting any work done in unfamiliar surroundings. I tried that a while back and just ended up nervously watching everyone to make sure they weren't looking over my shoulder. Call me paranoid, but I just don't like people seeing my rough draft ;)

It's an all-too common problem with me - but multi-tasking has helped me find a way around it. Good luck to you!

Precisely. Often you have to take a step back to make two steps forward :)

I agree.

I think even getting out and working in a coffee shop helps to generate new ideas. Sometimes just a change of scenery helps.

Effective Multi-Tasking? Studies show that multi-tasking is actually counter-productive; the sad truth is that I'm addicted to it ... lol

What should I do? :)

P.S. Just read your post carefully, and found the answer already... this one struck a cord inside...

"I have too many ideas and I don’t know how to present them in an orderly fashion"

Productivity is not all about working your ass out non-stop.

Great tips: when your logical side of the brain is overworked, you cannot squeeze out that much great ideas anymore, and the only great way to replenish it is to shift to your creative side.

Mistakes are part of the process, not knowing everything gives us the beauty for more rooms for opportunities.
