We have also put the $25 listing on hold until further notice. So only the 10% prize handling fee applies for you to start a contest. I always hear about the sitepoint forums having logo competitions. This is great to have an actual website dedicated to the logo design. I think you're right though $25 is pretty steep considering their new and that it's 25% of the amount you're actually paying to the person who wins the competition.
