Thanks for the sense of humor! I was pleasantly surprised by this post, expecting the usual dry, strictly-business tips but got a chuckle instead. Not to say you dont make good points as well.

I think it also brings the point – write with a mild sense of humor – I always find blog posts that are honest with a little levity are the most enjoyable to read.

Thank you Patricia; very funny but full of advice worth listening to.

I agree with not blogging when I'm hungry and certainly not going to the supermarket either

The anger bit is the one we regret the most and can do the least to rectify because we've hurt someone's feelings, publicly and it's a 'can't' un-do. I try not to write then, and use posts I'd saved for a rainy day.

Another for the list is not to sign into any distractions while working like Skype, Facebook, Twitter..
